Directions: The clinic is on the lower level of a residence. The address is 836 Oak Road. An engraved stone with the street address and a large dragonfly marks the driveway entrance. This marker sets about 20 yards from the road and is on the left side of the driveway. Follow the stone driveway approximately 400 feet and you will see a name sign with an arrow that hangs from a gaslight and points down a walkway to the clinic entrance. You may park by the gaslight or the designated parking slots across from it.
